Job Description:
Universal Robots is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by building strong relationships, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide support and guidance to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and track customer success metrics and KPIs - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing success - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptability and confidence in dealing with a variety of customer personalities and situations - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with virtual teams - Teamwork and emotional intelligence skills - Proficiency in customer success management software and tools - Proven track record of achieving customer success goals - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
