Job Description:
Velux is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with customers, providing support and guidance throughout their journey with Velux - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers as needed - Gather insights and feedback from customers to contribute to product development and innovation
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote work environment - Hardworking and confident individual with a passion for customer satisfaction - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Innovative mindset and a willingness to collaborate with others - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Medical coverage and free food provided as part of the benefits package - Equal opportunity employer
