Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Coloplast is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives, ensuring that they provide outstanding service to our customers. This role requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a strong work ethic and a confident attitude.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer support management role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and confident attitude - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
