Job Description:
DSV Panalpina is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Manager to join our team on a remote and part-time basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 4. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive decision-making. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. 9. Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and customer needs.
