Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Manager to join our team at Chr. Hansen Holding. This position is remote and part-time, based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the customer support team, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients worldwide.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the support process - Develop and implement training programs for customer support agents


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and people management skills - Proven ability to lead a team and drive results - Motivated and adaptable, with a strong customer focus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment - Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
