Job Description:
Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strategic planning and analysis skills. 7. Confident and adaptable personality traits.
