Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

TDC Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and assist with technical support as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to best assist customers - Utilize creativity and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent
