Job Description:

Hartmann is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - High level of innovation and adaptability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
