Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team at TDC Group. This is a remote work position based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of creativity and attention to detail - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and all questions are answered - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic personality with a resourceful mindset - Strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve effectively - Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
