Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Grundfos, a leading global water solutions company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely from Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide holistic support to customers. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 4. Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Soft skills in negotiation and innovation. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
