Job Description:
IT University of Copenhagen startups is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level role, this position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a passion for providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, and possess strong emotional intelligence and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality - Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and company policies
Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility for overtime when needed
