Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at IT University of Copenhagen startups, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This part-time role is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role. We are looking for motivated and driven individuals who possess strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborate with our product development team to identify and escalate software bugs or issues - Assist with user training and onboarding sessions as needed


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
