Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Danfoss is currently seeking a remote part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and reliable, with excellent people management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and answer questions about Danfoss products and services - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Provide accurate and timely information to customers, including troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers - Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
