Job Description:
Lundbeck, a global pharmaceutical company based in København, Denmark, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Lead a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality interactions with customers - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat service - Monitor chat conversations to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to align the live chat service with overall business goals - Analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports to track the success of the live chat platform - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the live chat experience for customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in live chat management or customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and solving customer issues - Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in presentation skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
