Job Description:
North Media, a leading media company based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote and requires a Mid-to-Senior level candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform, engaging with customers in real-time, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be required to analyze chat data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the live chat platform - Engage with customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize chat performance - Train and mentor chat agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and adaptable personality - Excellent research and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat platform software - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
