Job Description:

Peakon is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Perform research to find solutions to customer problems - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions - Present information clearly and effectively to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong independent work ethic and ability to work remotely - Dedication to providing outstanding customer service - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Proficient in presentation skills - High level of professionalism and strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with live chat software is a plus
