Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

DFDS is seeking a passionate and reliable Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will be based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service via live chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Responding promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance - Documenting customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Associate level of seniority with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong written communication skills with attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency - Reliable and punctual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
