Norwegian E-Commerce Assistant - Part-Time

MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on the Norwegian market, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our team in Copenhagen!

In this position, you will be important to our clients’ success in this market. Together with the team, you will help the customers with the issues they have, when shopping online. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat and phone calls - our Norwegian customers love to call and have a chat.

What do we expect from our next colleague?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.

Must have:

• First and foremost, a deep understanding of Norwegian customers' mindsets  
• Great language skills within Norwegian
• Great customer service skills - you love to help customers!
  
• Be able to communicate in English, since our company language is English

You should also have:

• Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
• A team-player attitude

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Customer service (phone, chat, email)
• Back-office tasks

This is a part-time position , and you will work from our brand-new Nordhavn, Copenhagen office.
