Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Nordic Bioscience is seeking a motivated Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our accounts team while working from the comfort of your own home. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for healthcare and biotechnology who are looking to further develop their career in the industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist the accounts team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email and phone to provide updates and support - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective account management - Research industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team - Attend virtual meetings and assist with preparing presentations and reports - Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Familiarity with healthcare and biotechnology industries is a plus
