Arla Foods is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to work from home in København, Denmark. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, confident, and possess strong cooperation and negotiation skills. The Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the account management team, assisting with customer inquiries, and helping to maintain positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team with daily tasks and administrative duties - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met - Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Energetic and confident personality with a positive attitude - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems
