Account Support Associate

Job Description:

PreSeed Ventures is seeking a motivated and adaptable Account Support Associate to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and assisting with various account management tasks.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process. 2. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. 3. Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, report generation, and documentation. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients. 5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience. 7. Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 5. Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic. 6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
