Account Support Associate - Work from home

DSV Panalpina is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team, including data entry, filing, and documentation - Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution - Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders - Prepare reports and presentations for account reviews - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Monitor key account metrics and provide regular updates to the team - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
