Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Account Support Associate to join our team at Arla Foods. This is a part-time remote position based in København, Capital, DK. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with order processing. - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure efficient communication and execution of tasks. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Support with the creation of sales presentations and reports. - Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative solutions for customer needs. - Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in a sales support or account management role. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Motivated and adaptable mindset. - Creativity and analytical thinking.
