Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Support Manager to join our team at Lundbeck in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Develop and maintain account plans, identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and meet strategic objectives - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and results - Proactively identify and address client issues and concerns, finding solutions and ensuring resolution - Assist in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in account management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving account growth - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
