Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Royal Unibrew is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or related fields. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, and possess strong time management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to key accounts, addressing customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic account plans. 5. Monitor and report on account performance, making recommendations for improvement as needed. 6. Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals. 7. Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay informed about company products and services. 8. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage account information.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite meetings or events.
