Job Description:
Netcompany is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Account Support Manager to join our team. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key client accounts, providing exceptional support and service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position is remote and part-time, offering the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs - Provide exceptional support and resolve any client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables and expectations - Develop account plans and strategies to drive growth and expansion within existing client accounts - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services - Monitor account health and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders - Stay informed on industry trends and developments to anticipate client needs and provide proactive support - Nurture an entrepreneurial atmosphere, even within an established organization
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in account management or client support roles - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Resourceful and driven personality traits, with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship-building - Excellent presentation and planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
