Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Kopenhagen Fur is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing - Provide support to the Account Managers in developing and maintaining customer relationships - Assist with order processing and logistics coordination - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with data entry and report generation as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in the fashion or fur industry is a plus
