Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Nordic Bioscience is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions - Assist clients with onboarding processes and provide training on our products and services - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience and identify opportunities for upselling - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and monitor client accounts for any issues or discrepancies - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Generate reports and analyze data to track client performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or customer service roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and confident personality traits - Adaptability and persuasion skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
