Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Salling Group in Ålborg, Nordjylland. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support for customers via phone, email, and chat - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in customer service or account management - Innovation and people management skills - Flexible schedule and ability to work part-time
