Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Phase One is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level professional with at least three years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact. 2. Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. 3. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 5. Generate leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach. 6. Monitor and track client satisfaction and feedback. 7. Provide assistance with account renewals and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of three years of experience in account management or customer support. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits to effectively handle client inquiries and challenges. 3. Excellent persuasion and communication skills to build relationships and drive sales. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
