Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


SimCorp is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure clear communication and understanding - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to provide valuable insights to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Leadership skills to effectively influence and guide clients - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work flexible hours as needed - Travel opportunities may be available
