Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Assistant at Sitecore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through phone calls, emails, and chat interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate any complex problems to the appropriate department. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing details, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service and customer retention.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 3. Energetic and motivated personality with a strong desire to help others. 4. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems. 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
