Remote Call Center Assistant

As a Remote Call Center Assistant at Sitecore, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries or concerns - Resolving customer complaints or escalating issues as needed - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or surveys - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment - Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve goals - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions - Excellent presentation skills to communicate information clearly and professionally - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced call center environment - Knowledge of customer service best practices and CRM systems is a plus
