Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team at ReSound. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a strong drive and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting. 2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude with all interactions. 3. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. 7. Complete training programs and stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. 6. Driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
