Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Jacobsen Plus, a leading company in Frederiksberg, is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and possess excellent presentation and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on leads or customer feedback. 3. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the company database. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meeting individual and team goals for call volume and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
