Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Chr. Hansen Holding in København, DK. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center team, ensuring that all customer queries and concerns are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of call center agents, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and meet or exceed KPIs - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues in a professional and timely manner - Train and mentor call center agents to help them improve their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
