Job Description - Call Center Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team at ReSound as a Call Center Manager in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a part-time role at a Mid-to-Senior Level, the successful candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, including monitoring performance metrics, resolving customer escalations, and implementing process improvements. - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency, productivity, and customer service quality. - Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-functional improvements and drive overall business success. - Analyze data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and issues, and develop action plans accordingly.


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a call center management role, with a strong track record of improving operational performance and customer satisfaction. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. - Strong planning and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in call center software and systems, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
