Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at DONG Energy. As a part-time position located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, this role will require an individual with at least 5 years of experience in call center operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and enhance overall efficiency - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven track record of working in a fast-paced call center environment - Ability to work in a remote setting and manage a virtual team effectively - Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to teamwork - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software
