Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Chr. Hansen Holding in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote call center team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment and possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents to ensure high-quality customer service and sales performance - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the organization


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in a call center environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
