Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Ecco is seeking a highly experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in call center management at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and passionate about providing excellent customer service, with strong negotiation and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and coaching to call center agents to ensure high performance levels - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding call center KPIs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and team management experience - Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems - Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
