Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Pandora Jewelry in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals and targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and quality - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of customer service representatives - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - People management and persuasion soft skills - Experience with CRM software and call center technology
