Danske Commodities is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding energy products and services. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company offerings. 3. Conduct analysis of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize company systems and software to accurately record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. 6. Meet individual and team performance targets to contribute to the overall success of the call center.
