Call Center Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and driven Call Center Officer to join our team at Lundbeck in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Answering and making calls to customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders - Providing information and assistance regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions - Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Time management skills - Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy
