Call Center Officer

Job Description:

DONG Energy is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates. 3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues. 4. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 5. Documenting all interactions in the customer database. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meeting and exceeding performance targets set by management. 8. Maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company in a professional manner. 9. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 10. Continuously improving processes and customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
