Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

PreSeed Ventures is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer (Work from home) in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products or services when appropriate. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to optimize call center performance and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand positively in all interactions. 6. Meet and exceed call center goals and targets set by management.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor. 2. Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote work environment. 3. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 4. Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales roles. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
