Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Officer to join our team. This position is part-time and offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve issues - Providing accurate information about products and services - Documenting all customer interactions and ensuring they are logged in the system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding daily call quotas and performance metrics

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and resilient attitude towards challenging situations - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
