Call Center Representative

Job Description:

SANOVO Technology Group is currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Call Center Representative to join our team in København, Capital, DK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide them with important information - Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience - Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring resolution in a timely manner - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Creativity and innovation in finding solutions to customer issues - Must be reliable and able to work independently - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
