Call Center Representative

North Media is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Call Center Representative at North Media, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality assurance - Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals and targets - Continuously improving knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Adhering to call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
