Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description: North Media is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level representative, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints - Provide outstanding customer service and accurately document all interactions - Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets - Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements: - Must be motivated and reliable, able to work independently from home - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
