Call Center Representative - Work from home

Peakon is seeking a reliable and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system. 6. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and persuasion skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software. 6. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
